From January 2008, all private hire vehicles and chauffeur vehicles were required to be licensed by their local authority. Licensing ensures that the vehicle is inspected regularly to maintain high standards of safety and reliability. Unlicensed vehicles are unlikely to be suitably insured for "Hire and reward" purposes and could also be unsafe.
All our vehicles are licensed by the local authority.
Drivers are similarly checked and licensed. All drivers have a criminal records check to assess their suitability together with a regular health check.

Although we always endeavour to fulfill our commitments to the standards our customers expect, occasionally things can go wrong. A puncture, breakdown or serious traffic hold ups can delay an airport pick up or a collection from home. Should the unexpected happen we will keep you, the customer, informed, however, we cannot be held responsible for things that are beyond our control. Therefore, in circumstances such as these, we cannot accept liability, financial or otherwise.
Any valid claim against us for not honouring our commitment will be limited to the cost of that particular job.
